Regan is our new puppy! she is a miniature pinscher and adorable as ever! we found her on ksl.com from a place called: Stockton, Utah. when we got there, there were 6 adorable little puppies. i picked up the runt (Regan) first, then set her down, and one by one picked up each of the puppies. But everytime i went in for another pup, there was Regan trying to lick my skin off. i picked her up one more time and the wrapped herself in my jacket and snuggled up in my arm pit!
i was SOLD!
so we spoiled her with lots of toys and
she is now officially our first little "baby"!

oh my goodness! what an angel! how big is she? puppies are so fun! if you ever need any training tips or anything, let me know! enjoy this time when she is itty bitty! congrats:)

potty training- be consistent. give treats as soon as they potty where you want them to. we use a baby gate so they cant pee on the carpet, even when we are home. if thats not an option use a boundry spray, they work well. we have a potty box ( doggiepottys.com) they can use when we are gone but i think potty pads work just as well.
whining- we dont give them people food so they usually only whine when they want to go outside or be picked up.
the word no- i think that just comes with time. until she understands it, make sure you are replacing an inappropriate behavior with an appropriate one. take the shredded sock away and give her a rope, etc.
