currently we are living in green river wyoming! derek grew up here and absolutely loves it and has now officially got me hooked to this town. Here are some fun facts about the town.
here is the whole town... we climbed the mountain to see it all!
down the main street in green river they always have these little statues that they change out about every couple months and i thought it would be fun to take pictures with some of them.
the other thing that i love about green river is that dereks house faces the mountain and just about everytime i look out the front window i can see deer! and if i look outside from about 730-8pm there are usually a pack of deer casually walking down the street!
i don't think i will ever get sick of seeing them!
Green River only has one grocery store... SMITHs in which during certain hours of the day the whole town is there. Almost everywhere you go you will see someone you know and everyone is so friendly!
In wyoming the
gas is cheaper,
the air is cleaner,
the fish bite harder,
and luckily the economic depression has not hit here
(knock on wood!)
we LOVE it here!
